FinPro Professional Development Seminar Report – 13 June 2013

The Centre Ivanhoe once again was the venue for the latest FinPro Seminar. 235 members attended, representing 68 Victorian Councils plus an addition 10 delegates attending representing Library Corporations, Banks, Consultants and Audit Service Providers.
A varied agenda assured that there was ‘something for everyone’ on the agenda.
Although the food was not up to the usual high standard generally offered at The Centre Ivanhoe, overall feedback from delegates confirms that the program was of a high standard and the addition of a ‘off topic’ speaker in Bryan Dawe added another dimension to the day, as did the wise words delivered by Baw Baw Shire’s Director Community Care and Strengthening, Liana Thompson.
