A bit more about Lee Stubbs
Lee Stubbs for the last 3 years has been the Head of Transformation Strategy and Execution at the City of Casey. During this period Casey has built and delivered a comprehensive Transformation Strategy across 5 focus areas, including:
- Customer – delivery of a new customer delivery model and shifting to self-service
- Enterprise – building and implementing an outcomes operating model, ePMO and alignment of capital, operational and council planning
- Services – Identifying service strategies and implementing multiple outsourcing and service improvements
- Employee – rightsizing the Council and uplifting culture and leadership effectiveness, and
- Business Essentials – Cybersecurity uplifts and replacement of the ERP
As of the end of year 2 the program has delivered over $18m in tangible benefits, improved employee engagement by 7% and increase self-service by over 20%.
Prior to Casey, Lee has designed and deliver transformation program across State Government, Utilities and Banking and Finance.
