FinPro Webinar – Preparing for the 2024/25 Budget Cycle

FinPro ran a webinar on 24 August 2023 discussing the topic of preparing for the 2024/25 Budget cycle.

The webinar was facilitated by Nathan Morsillo, Manager Financial Strategy at the City of Greater Bendigo, and the panelists were:

  • Fiona Rae, Finance Manager Golden Plains Shire,
  • Kate Heissenbuttel, Manager Corporate Performance at Monash City Council, and
  • Leah Mullins, Coordinator Management Accounting & Analysis, City of Greater Bendigo. 

Each Council represented on the panel tried some things a bit ‘differently’ in preparing their budgets for 2023/2024.
