  Provide leadership in this newly created role

  Circa $92.3K – $101.7K per annum + superannuation

  Glen Eira City Council are looking for an experienced lead to support and manage our Rates Administration Team. Our main goal is to deliver consistent, superior customer service to Glen Eira’s ratepayers, ensuring data quality is maintained and met to Council’s standards, and ensuring the Rates Administration Team continue to perform to a high standard. Other responsibilities include:

  • To lead and manage the Rates Administration Team’s work priorities and provide staff assistance.
  • Developing and implementing policies, strategies, and systems to aid in the delivery of the team’s accuracy, efficiency, and budgeting of daily operations.
  • Producing and delivering Annual, Instalment, and Supplementary rates notices in accordance with Victorian Local Government Acts and Regulations.
