  Band 7 – Salary Range $103,521 to $115,711 per annum + 11% Super + ADO

  Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

  Melton City Council is seeking applications from highly motivated and experienced finance professionals to be appointed as Finance Business Partner within the Finance Department.

  Reporting to the Lead Finance Transformation, the successful applicant will play a key role as the conduit between the Finance and the wider operations of the organisation delivering a range of high-quality financial analysis, advice and support to assist management decision making.  A key priority is to add value and insight through business partnering with Managers and budget owners across the business.

  This critical position will ensure delivery of accurate and timely financial information, budget preparation, monitoring and reporting, contributing to business planning and ensure Business Units have the necessary support and information to enable effective and best practice of financial management.
