MAV Update
Kelly Grigsby commenced with the MAV as their CEO in late July. She is well known within the sector, having held several senior leadership roles.
Kelly will provide some insight into her own journey of moving into this key leadership role, what she hopes to achieve and how she sees FinPro and all finance professionals helping to shape the future of Local Government.
Kelly will also include a general brief of the projects and issues the MAV is currently working on.

Kelly’s background includes city shaping, organisational transformation, service reform and, as a respected sector-leading CEO, is experienced in intergovernmental influencing at state, national and international levels.
A Senior Honorary Fellow at the Melbourne School of Government, Kelly is also a member of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) State Advisory Council
