Let’s Talk Budgeting: internal and external, engagement and savings

Every year’s budget is the hardest, and with inflation continuing to run, this year’s promises to be no different.

This session follows on in part from a recent FinPro webinar which focused on budget engagement.

The session will be led by current Finance leaders in the sector, and will be interactive; seeking  participation on key topics related to engagement and the budget pressures all Council’s are facing.

This is an essential session for everyone involved in budget preparation.
