  Salary commencing at $103,486.79 per annum plus 10% superannuation, commensurate with experience.

  The Opportunity

  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this position will play a key supporting role in the development and implementation of Council’s new finance management system within the first 12-months. You will also establish partnerships with stakeholders to support this change process, undertake user training and uplift the capability across the organisation. The role requires an individual who can carry out system change requests, process improvements and conduct business as usual functions.

  Responsibilities

  Other key duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the current Technology One system has continued to deliver maximum performance.
  • Ensure the new Oracle ERP is successfully implemented on time, achieves maximum performance and usability to ensure the provision of timely, accurate and customer-focused service deliverability.
  • Liaise with and build relationships with key stakeholders, management, and staff to ensure the provision of efficient and effective finance systems service.
  • Support change processes, application support, user training and education have been successfully delivered to ensure optimum update and utilisation.
