  HRCC is seeking a motivated and organised professional to take up the role of Co-Ordinator Rates and Valuation, to lead a small dedicated experienced team. The ideal applicant will have high levels of judgement and decision making abilities, with excellent communication and interpretative skills. This person will calculate and collect Council’s rates, in line with Council’s Rating Strategy.Experience in database management, revenue collection or rates management would be advantageous. This position is strategic and operational and plays a key role in the finance department.This position is responsible for a team of three and the integrity of the property, rating and valuation systems.
