• Independent members of the Committee must collectively have:

  • expertise in financial management;
  • expertise in risk; and
  • experience in public sector management.

  Council is seeking to appoint four members for an initial three-year period. The Audit & Risk Committee, comprising three Councillors and four independent members, meets four times per year with additional meetings as required. A sitting allowance will be paid ($800 Chair; $550 other independent members per meeting).
